All of these courses are considered to be Quarter Courses
(except CORE 573), which means that they are equivalent
to 20 hours of instruction at the University level.
The approximate cost of a Quarter Course is $250. (Note:
If you have not previously taken any courses from the University
of Calgary; there is a one-time charge of $35 for the Open Studies
Student Application Fee.)
These courses are available for completion of a number
of academic career paths:
Towards a Bachelor of Community Rehabilitation (BCR) degree.
Qualify for 20 hours of Continuing Education (CEU) credit
in CARP and other professional association.
As option courses for other degree paths.
Courses towards numerous other accreditations.
