Description

Students are invited to complete a minor in CRDS. Courses are offered and can be taken on campus or through distance education. For more on Distance Education courses offered by CRDS, please contact Shelley Kinash at kinash@ucalgary.ca.

Requirements

Students take 5 full courses depending on their faculty requirements. Students can choose from any of the following:

• Introductory courses (CORE 205 and 207 or equivalent distance courses)
• Practice courses related to age specific rehabilitation
• Practicum courses: working with individuals, groups, supervision, case management, or contracting/consulting or senior social action research report
• CORE courses in clinical practice, social construction, law , management, ethics, adapted leisure, inclusive education, fine arts, social policy, community development
