North America Exchange Consortium on Disability Services and Human Resource Development

The central purpose of this particular North America Mobility Exchange program has been to promote human resource development involving personnel with an understanding of disability related issues which affect both professionals and disabled people in the three countries. A second purpose has been to seek ways in which we might develop a collaborative approach to the teaching of one or more courses.
